At Carfume, we take pride in delivering premium car fragrances of exceptional quality. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and shipped.
Quality Control Inspection
Every order undergoes a thorough quality control inspection prior to shipment. This process ensures that only products meeting our strict standards are delivered to our customers. As a result of this rigorous quality control, we do not accept returns except in the rare event a product arrives damaged during transit.
Exceptions – Damaged Products Only
We will only offer a replacement or refund if the product is received damaged.
To qualify:
- You must report the damage within 7 days of receiving your order.
- You must email clear images of the damaged item(s) and packaging to info@400store.com.
- Include your order number and full name in the email.
Our team will review the case and respond within 3 business days with the next steps.
Non-Eligible Cases
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Opened or used items
- Claims submitted after the 7-day window
- Orders with incorrect addresses entered by the customer
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited solely to the replacement or refund of the product in accordance with this policy. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
